We like Sophia & Matt. And we like their bags. They design big wash bags, little wash bags, nappy/changing bags, make-up bags, purses and even baby bibs. All from laminated fabrics and in a range of big abstract spots, stripes & florals and colour combinations. And pretty much all made by hand in good old London Town by a family business.
Sophia & Matt like their customers and they listen to them, adapting their designs and patterns to add the touches that make beautiful-looking products as equally beautiful to use. For example, their wash bags have a take-out-able, washable liner….that’s good attention to detail in our world, where shampoo leaks and face powder crumbles (regularly).They’ve also recently launched their long awaited baby bag and they’ve put a LOT of effort into if. Well worth checking out.
Order from their website and your order will be carefully wrapped, packed and posted by Sophia or Matt with a handwritten thank you note included. Our only worry is we reckon this cool baby bag duo will go far (they’ve already opened their first shop, in Greenwich) and we’re not sure how they’ll keep up with all those handwritten notes…

At Cool Mum Hunting, we love bags – nappy bags, handbags, shopping bags, heck, even plastic bags (hmm, the last one, maybe not so much unless they’re filled with pretty bright shiny things). So we were really excited about the launch of il tutto’s new limited edition Silver Olivia mini bag. It comes with two straps (a wrist strap and a long across body strap) so it can be worn either as a wristlet or mini bag. It’s been made from a really luscious foiled silver nappa leather and it’s large enough to fit a nappy, wipes, mobile phone and keys. Perfect for the festive season when your big nappy bag won’t match your heels.
