We’ve come across these cute Mi Booster Cushions from Minene. They are handy to shove on a chair at home to give your kids a boost to the table or are lightweight and compact enough to take out to restaurants or when travelling.
They also come with slots on the side filled with crayons as well as an attached colouring book to keep your toddler occupied.
The cushions are designed for toddlers that can sit unaided at the table and come with safety straps that fit most standard dining chairs and the covers are easily removable and machine washable.

Sometimes (but not often!) it’s about substance over style. The elasticised table bumper from Safety 1st doesn’t look that great but it does work wonders at protecting spatially-unaware tots from smacking their heads on the edges and corners of tables. Available in small and medium, the bumper fits most tables and comes with four corner pads for extra protection against the sharp corners. It’s perfect for crawling/newly walking cuties.
I have no idea why, but it’s not easy to get in the UK but can be found on ebay or for $30 at Amazon
